Sunny Path engages with clients in a variety of ways ranging from basic phone/text/email support to full blown project management. This includes:
General procurement and day-to-day systems assistance, including but not limited to invitations for bid, quote guidance, basic accounting of expenditures.
Advanced procurement assistance and finance consulting, including but not limited to oversight and execution of construction-related Alternative Project Delivery Methods, preparing budgets and annual financial reports, GFA management and reconciliation, and other director-level projects.
Simple to Complex Projects
Many Sunny Path clients choose to retain our experts on an hourly or per project basis. The advantage to this approach is that you can pick-and-choose where and how you want Sunny Path to engage. This is best for small, focused projects that have a limited scope or limited timeframe.
Hourly Basis
For large, long term, or intricate projects, many of our clients choose to work with Sunny Path on an annual contract. This provides the ultimate flexibility and enables us to work with them on a variety of projects, both planned and unanticipated.
